Ezio "The Crow" Bevilacqua was a star pitcher on the Capreol Senior Men's Softball team.  Bevilacqua introduced the windmill style of pitching to his team in 1955 and was rated one of the top ten pitchers in Canada.

Bevilacqua was the winning pitcher in every championship game played by the Capreol club during the 1950's and 1960's.
